A Taste and Recap of Extreme Leadership Summit 2012

I can’t believe that it’s already been 2 weeks since our inaugural Extreme Leadership Summit. Putting on an event like this was a major undertaking, a huge investment of time and resources, and more than a little bit scary. A significant OS!M for me, to be sure. More like an OS!S, really. (Oh Shit! Summer).

And the result, I’m thrilled to say, was a remarkable experience for everyone–attendees, staff and speakers, alike.

For example, here we are unleashing our inner metal for John “Jay Jay” French’s main-stage speaking debut (he absolutely killed it, by the way):

I’ll share some of the Summit details and a few clips with you soon (we have tons of fantastic footage, loaded with powerful content), but for now please take a moment to watch this special recap video. If you weren’t there, it’ll give you a taste of what the weekend looked, sounded, and felt like; if you were there, it’s a wonderful reminder of what you helped to create. (Our video production team was stellar!)
