In two previous posts way back in March (it seems like ages ago), I talked about the Extreme Leader’s fascination with others and how to consciously test and develop that fascination.
Anna Farmery at The Engaging Brand shares a powerful, inspired way to turn a leader’s fascination into a concrete performance management tool. It’s one of the most creative ideas I’ve heard in a long time and it makes me want to go to work for Anna.
Well, not really. But only because I don’t want to work for anyone but my clients. If I were looking for a job, though, I’d be sending my resume to her. You’ll know what I mean when you read her post.
Thanks Steve. For me it is about making boring corporate forms something that engages. I will be posting an example once I have got someone’s permission. To engage people you need to show that you care about them, understanding them helps this….like in the Radical Edge. Fancy talking about your ideas on my next podcast, if you do send me an e-mail…would love to discuss this further.
