I took the family on a sort-of vacation last week to a big house on Mission Beach in San Diego. Okay, that might sound strange given that we live in San Diego (well, Poway, actually), but a beach house even 30 minutes from home is still a beach house. Besides, MB is the spiritual center, if you will, of Extreme Leadership, Inc. given that both my books take place in and around that area.
I took a few pictures of some special places. They’re special to me, anyway, and maybe to you, too if you’re a fan of The Radical Leap.
So, c’mon along. For the next few days I’ll take you on a little photo tour of a few places that appeared in the book. Don’t worry; you won’t get lost: you’ll be accompanied along the way by the corresponding text. Here’s part 1 of the tour:
“It was another one of those typical San Diego days: the sky was blue and bright, and the ocean was sparkling as it slapped its waves onto the shores of Mission Beach.
“I was sitting on the seawall and watching the scenery walk, run, skate and cycle by on the boardwalk.”
