I’ve been conspicuously absent from the blogosphere of late, but I’m just about ready to ramp it up again (by “ramp” I mean posting once or twice a week).
My speaking schedule’s been nuts (I’m not complaining), and I’ve been trying to sort out what, exactly, I want to do with this blog given all the other demands on my time.
So, to those of you who were wondering where I’ve been, thanks for your patience and please stay tuned.
In the meantime, I had a nice podcast chat recently with Wayne Turmel, host of The Cranky Middle Manager (ahh…he ain’t so cranky).
Have a listen and let us know what you think about the pros and cons of leadership development programs.
Great to see you back online, Steve! Looking forward to connecting again … I’d love to invite you to the Summit for Bigger Small Talk – June 27-28 right back in Fargo. I’ll get you a room at the HoDo if you can come! Details will follow, but check out my blog for more information. It’s taking on a life of its own as we all plan to play big and get EXTREME!

Steve – glad to hear you are still breathing. Some of us Iowans were about to send out a blogospheric St. Bernard to track you down. Look forward to seeing you in Chicago in May. Until then, it will be great to see your posts on a more frequent basis.

I really enjoyed listening to your interview on CMM. I want to share a story with you.
Several weeks ago I shared with a colleague that those who use the tired cliche “Out of the box” (I hate that phrase by the way.) Any way those who use it are conceding that they are living in a box in the first place! Imagine my surprise to hear you say almost exactly the same thing!
I will now have to add your books to my reading list. I look forward to reading them.
